Via forms: name, email, organisation, role, and message content. Via Insights subscription: email address only.
Purpose
Responding to enquiries, reviewing applications and collaboration proposals, sending publications to subscribers. No other purpose.
Legal basis
Consent of the data subject, and legitimate interest in handling contact enquiries.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then deleted.
Recipients
Data is never sold, transferred or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Processors
Site hosting and email delivery. No other sharing.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing. Exercise these at the address in section 01.
04 — COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Privacy-respecting analytics, with no tracking cookies and no ad-tech sharing. This removes the need for an intrusive consent banner.
Cookies used: only those strictly necessary to run the site and to remember the language preference. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
